Emma Cambourne
As a mum of two young kids, Emma is deeply passionate about women's mental health. She finds great joy in supporting women facing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, and chronic pain. Emma attributes mindfulness and meditation as transformative tools in her own life and eagerly shares their benefits with others.
Emma holds qualifications as a Mindfulness Teacher from the British Psychological Society-approved ‘Mindfulness Now’ program and has been practicing mindfulness and meditation since 2015. With over 21 years of teaching experience in mainstream and special schools, she specializes in working with autistic pupils and individuals with complex communication needs.
